We do not charge a trip or travel fee for homes in Lakeville, Apple Valley, Burnsville, Farmington, Rosemount, Savage, or Eagan.
For homes outside the South Metro:

- ✔️ +$60 — Farther locations (about 35–60 mins outside service area)
- ✔️ Over 60 minutes: Call us — limited availability
Any travel surcharge is always confirmed before your visit — no surprises.

Up to 60 minutes of in-home help for computers, Wi-Fi, printers, phones/tablets, accounts, and everyday tech issues.
Most appointments are completed in one visit. If you need more time, you can extend at a clear rate.
Extended In-Home Tech Visit
- Up to 2 hours of support
- Ideal for multiple devices or a “list of issues”
- Great for new computers, Wi-Fi + printer, and setup sessions
